About My Business

The HR Dept Newbury are a franchise, that provides comprehensive outsourced HR support to small and medium sized businesses in and around the Newbury area. Its our approach that really sets us apart. Instead of telling small businesses what they can’t do, we tell them what they can do to achieve the results that they want.

With this in mind, we can work with you on anything from a one-off employee issue through to a business restructure. From providing an updated contract template through to designing and implementing a full suite of employment policies and documents. From ad-hoc support to a regular on-site presence. The HR Dept also has a range of value added services which give smaller businesses access to HR tools that used to belong only to larger businesses, such as an employee database, flexible benefits, occupational health advice.
